Sometimes, I haven't been that receptive. It is definitely a hard thing for me. I've been trying to take it all in, but it really finally clicked while watching this movie. It really does make a huge difference.Kathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13542984912834780882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5457231017484475828.post-51587266359273012782012-03-09T10:00:28.773-06:002012-03-09T10:00:28.773-06:00You are AWESOME and daily inspire me!You are AWESOME and daily inspire me!Kathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13542984912834780882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5457231017484475828.post-60290905711004068842012-03-09T05:30:57.043-06:002012-03-09T05:30:57.043-06:00You are so right about perspective! I will be forever greatful to my psychologist because she literally drilled this into my head. If I couldn't wait for 30 seconds to wash my hands she would have said, "But you waited 15 seconds. That was awesome!" She really helped me to see the world with fresh eyes.71º & Sunnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09981113989131619635noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5457231017484475828.post-30648049633284283812012-03-08T14:02:20.001-06:002012-03-08T14:02:20.001-06:00You are AWESOME and daily inspire me.You are AWESOME and daily inspire me.Elizahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18279501398388972542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5457231017484475828.post-35748586228777939732012-03-06T20:06:01.038-06:002012-03-06T20:06:01.038-06:00It's really hard, and sometimes I just can'...It's really hard, and sometimes I just can't seem to do it. Sometimes, you just have to not try so hard, just give it time to come to you on its own. Sometimes, it hits me out of the blue, while I'm in the shower or making dinner or in the cereal aisle at the grocery store. Sometimes, it's just about allowing yourself to say that something's missing and you're just not getting it right now, but you will, and allowing that idea to be enough.Kathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13542984912834780882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5457231017484475828.post-37414175429265666302012-03-06T19:51:53.182-06:002012-03-06T19:51:53.182-06:00A really beautiful post, Kat. As the video clip showed, a walnut looks like a brain if you put a zoom lens on it.

Sometimes I try to look at things from another person's perspective. Sometimes I try to look at things positively. But sometimes I can't seem to "see the forest for the trees." How do you "step back"?Tina Fariss Barbourhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15659018994558471570noreply@blogger.com
